Jane has studied French culinary history and has participated in many culinary events throughout France, Italy, and Australia. She has participated in workshops with some of the finest chefs in the world. With degrees in education and her superb understanding of food, Jane has much to offer in terms of a truly cultural cooking experience, not to mention all things French. Jane is currently working on her first book aptly named At My French Table while raising four children and planning her next trip to France. |
