| Introduction | The goal of 'Forged Together' is to give hope in families, marriage and relationships. With 58% of marriages ending in divorce one may wonder 'what is the purpose of marriage?' Marriage is the front line of the spiritual battle of the future generation and their heritage. To understand the vital importance of marriage one must look at the reflection and template marriage and family come from. God has given us the blueprint to reflect His bigger plan, which includes us. If the Enemy can destroy the family he could at the very least tamper with God's plan and if he could destroy the family he could damage the church and the plan God has not just for you, but for several generations. Jeremiah 29:11 talks about how God has a plan for us, likewise He has a plan for our family which is a reflection of His goodness, grace and mercy. The only way we can obtain that is with our vision being upward. The hope of these devotionals is to reflect who God is keeping your eyes on Him as He shores up your family and marriage. |
