| Introduction | I created this blog to help motivate me to get off the couch and take responsibility for my lethargic lifestyle. In 2008 I signed up to run a marathon without ever running farther than 2 miles. 7 months of training led me to the starting line of my first marathon. I can honestly say I have fallen in love with running. I have committed to running the Memphis St. Jude Marathon every year and raising support for St. Jude. I am a husband to a beautiful woman who supports my crazy new running lifestyle and father to two crazy little kids. Thanks for following my journey. I hope it will inspire you in some way. |
