Introduction	My inspiration comes from Nature's simple beauty. I enjoy the challenge of capturing the detail and uniqueness of my subjects, like birds and flowers, using my own photos as reference. When creating in my realism-style, the art mediums I most often choose are graphite and color pencils, watercolor and acrylic paints, but often experiment with others as well. My goal is to make art that evokes emotion, allowing the viewer to pause for a moment and get a closer glimpse that they might have otherwise missed.
Interests	Aside from creating artwork, I enjoy photography, learning to play the mandolin, travel with my husband and the simple things in life.
