Introduction	Hi, it's me, Katelyn Cash. I graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in May 2010. I live in Dallas now with 3 wonderful ladies. You have found yourself at Dash of Cash... my year long project to write a cook book. Here you will find some of my own recipees and a few traditional recipees with well, a "dash of cash" A few things you should know: This book is on a budget. (I only have a "dash of cash") This book is looking for feedback. (I am going to write 365 recipees and pick the top 100 or so for the published book) This book is open for requests. (If there is something you want me to try to make on a budget, give me a challenge!) I hope you will cook along with me this year!
