| Introduction | Hey everyone! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit. Please feel free to engage, write me, leave a message and provide feedback. Ok, that's out of the way. First and foremost I am the ever dedicated mama to twin boys who are 13 years old. They are the mirror opposites of one another but one thing defines them: their incredibly strong bond of love for one another and for their family. They both are diagnosed with autism and it's been a hell of a ride! I have been thinking a lot about putting together a blog of my experiences raising them, watching them, marveling in them.. | Interests | My interests are all over the board and some are just nerdy..much like myself. I love the art and act of baking. There is a beginning, middle and end to my creation and it's tangible. Wouldn't it be great if all of life worked like that? I am interested in how language and words transform relationships through the power of communication. I research on my "time off" ;-) and the topics usually cover anything from child abuse/exploitation to autism. |
| Favorite music | I love music. That's so vanilla sounding and cliche but it's true. But if I had to pin myself down I would say I love bootyshakin'inyofacegetyoenergyout music :-). We have Family Dance Party at our house... you'll hear all about it. |
