| Introduction | I love taking pictures. Even more, I love witnessing the joy and adventure of childhood, from the awe and wonder of infancy to the boundless energy of preschoolers. My love for photography began 10 years ago when my parents bought me my first camera and darkroom equipment. In recent years, the experience of watching my children grow and change before my eyes (entirely too quickly!) has only deepened my appreciation for the art of photography. My children inspire me every day to find new and creative ways to capture these moments, as if I could fill a frame with all the sounds, the bounding laughter and all the hugs and kisses, every sweet expression and even the mischevious admissions of guilt. More on those in my upcoming blog, I'm sure. Thanks to the love and support of my husband and many encouraging friends, I'm thrilled and incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to pursue my passion professionally and create for you the same joy I find in many priceless images of my own children. |
