Favorite books	includes works by Scott Adams, Isaac Asimov, Greg Bear, Greg Benford, David Brin, Orson Card, G. K. Chesterton, Greg Egan, Robert Forward, Doug Hofstadter, James P. Hogan, Peter Kreeft, C. S. Lewis, Larry Niven, J. R. R. Tolkien (which of course disqualifies me from any kind of serious literary discussion); I know there are lots of others, but I can't think of them now.

If you could peer far enough into the night sky, you'd see a star in any direction you looked. When would you sleep?
