| Introduction | I am a life long crafter, painter, quilter, cross stitcher, needle puncher, basket maker, and fabric designer. |
| Interests | My hobbies are my business! I love art, painting, scrapbooking, reading a good book, cross stitching when I can, playing with my grandchildren. I do some canning in the summer, having made jellies, pickles and salsa in the past. I also make tomato juice and can a lot of tomatoes. I've been stitching since I was a girl and made my first quilt at 17 yrs old. I started my business by selling at craft fairs in the early 80's in St. Louis County. I've designed hundreds of quilt and craft patterns, written 20+ books and designed four lines of fabric in my career. |
| Favorite movies | Recently, I love the Twilight saga, the Narnia's and the Pirate's of the Carribean movies. I love the oldies like the Marx Brothers, and Don Knotts movies like The Ghost & Mr. Chicken and the Apple Dumpling Gang. I also love old Bob Hope & Bing Crosby Road To movies. Lucy's The Long, Long Trailer is also a fav. I watch The Trouble With Angels a lot also! |
| Favorite music | Classical, Easy Listening, Classic Rock, Bluegrass, I love the old John Denver tunes- I think I can sing them all. Yes was a favorite group in the 70's and I still know the words. The 40's and Beautiful Instruments is a favorite on XM radio. |
| Favorite books | I love to read about Bible History. I read The Hiding Place recently by Corrie Ten Boom- such a good book. |
