| Introduction | Who is this anarchist of beauty? Who does she think she is? My name is Karen and I have always been told I have a pretty face, the mirror confirmed that i was fat. All my life, and i have ignored it, worked around it with and stuck my head in the sand regarding my issues with myself and my own perception of beauty. Beauty and image has been my life, i have worked as a makeup artist and costume designer. These pursuits have taught me one thing for sure, beauty is everywhere. I believe this with all my heart and soul. This blog is one woman's journey for inner beauty and the exploration of strength, courage and purity of mind, body and soul. I hope that my evolution provides encouragement, empowerment and a revolution of self and self love! |
