| Introduction | I was born and raised in Rome, Italy. Passionate about both the arts and sciences, I studied clinical psychology at Sapienza University, earning my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with honours. Traveling across Europe gave me the chance to experience diverse cultures and languages—an experience that continues to shape my practice. I enjoy learning new languages, spending time with cats, and savoring a good espresso. Driven by my passion for learning and teaching, I have designed and facilitated courses and workshops to support emotional well-being and personal growth. My approach combines evidence-based methods with a strong focus on building an empathetic therapeutic relationship. I believe there is no universal strategy that works for everyone; effective practice must respect each person’s individuality. At the heart of my work is non-judgmental listening, enabling me to understand each client’s unique needs. I see my role not as giving instructions, but as supporting self-discovery and helping clients reclaim autonomy in their lives. |
