| Introduction | Hi there! My name is Tara. I have grown up with a food obsessed family and it's definitely rubbed off on me. That's why I started this blog. I can remember sitting on a stool in my Grandmother's kitchen in India watching and learning from her as she patiently chopped, rolled, folded, stirred and seasoned all of the wonderful freshly cooked meals we ate. I am by no means an expert in anything food related, but I love everything about food, and I am continuing to learn more every day. In March 2009 I finished my formal training at Le Cordon Bleu in London, where I earned my Grand Diplome in Cuisine and Pastry. To my surprise and delight, I managed to graduate first in my Pastry Class. In 2011 I received my MBA, and some day, I hope to use the skills I learned from chef school and business school to have my own business. I hope you enjoy my blog! |
