| Introduction | I'm an award-winning freelance journalist with more that ten years experience writing for newspapers, websites and magazines. I have won Newsquest's reporter of the year award for my coverage of the London bombings, and have won a Guardian travel writing competition. I have twice been shortlisted for the Press Gazette's reporter of the year award. I have a post-graduate diploma in periodical journalism from City University I have also undertaken the Press Association's 'subbing masterclass' which has given me skills in InDesign and advanced sub-editing. 100 wpm shorthand |
