| Introduction | When I hear people ask, "What would you do if money was not an issue"....ah, that's easy. Exactly what I am doing! I'm a housewife living in Rhode Island and this is the job I have wanted since I was a kid. I love to cook, bake, garden, decorate, sew, etc. Sprinkle in days at the beach with friends and you can't ask for a better life! So as I already mentioned I love to cook. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and now my cooking has taken on a whole new meaning. If I didn't like to cook/knew how to cook I would go hungry! All of my recipes are Gluten Free and those that aren't I have let you know of the alternative product to use to make it Gluten Free. (Except the Blueberry Pie recipe....hurtful, I can't find/make a quality pie crust yet). |
