Introduction	I am 30, N is 32. N and I have been married for close to 8 years, during which both of us completed graduate school, got jobs, traveled around the country, visited friends and had a wonderful time. In Oct 2009, we decided it was time to start a family. Life didn't turn out the way we had planned, and after a year of trying, we began testing. The verdict: unexplained IF. We finally found out we were pregnant in Feb 2011. After a very easy pregnancy, we were dealt another blow when our baby was born with severe breathing difficulties. She had to placed on a heart lung bypass machine to give her lungs time to heal. After over a month at the NICU, we are back home. Our experience with IF and birth has changed us forever. Life truly is unpredictable.
