| Introduction | A bit of background of me - started climbing at the age of 16, Mt. Makiling - grew up ih the countryside ('probinsya') - believes in old school mountaineering - full time IT professional - other than mountains, loves undeveloped beaches - wants to do scuba diving and alpine hiking, but doesn't have the means to do it I am not really a writer as you can see in my posts. I just love to share my experience to the other climbers out there. I still believe that climbing is not just knowing itineraries and doing fun climbs. But preserving the mountains and other God given natural wonders that our country is blessed. If we can't be a solution, at least we won't be part of the problem. I climb for experience and that's it. The top of the mountain is where I get my NATURE-RAL HIGH.
