Introduction Carla Ockerman-Hunter, M.A., MCC, NCCC, has extensive career counseling experience with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from high school students preparing for college to working adults making a career change to transitioning into retirement. Along with Caroline, she has developed team-building curriculum and facilitated team-building sessions and strategic planning. Caroline Francis, Ed.S., MCC, NCCC, has worked extensively with college students and adults in career transition. Caroline's resume includes Alumni Career Development Specialist with the University of Kentucky and being a former Assistant Director of U.K.'s Career Center. She has also worked in the industrial assessment and hiring field. Carla and Carla are certified by National Career Development Association and Center for Credentialing and Education as a Global Career Development Facilitator Instructors. They recently co-wrote a nationally approved GCDF training curriculum (one of twelve approved curriculums in the country).
