Introduction	I am a real-life Stay-At-Home Dad of two kids. I am Kevin O’Rourke, the proud father of my six-year old son Tiernan and four-year old daughter Reagan. When the kids were younger I wrote a blog called “The Poop Truck” because poop was a constant in my life. First, there’s my own, then there’s Tiernan’s and Reagan’s. Oh, yeah and Maggie, our quasi-house trained Toy Fox Terrier. My son had a book of trucks, filled with fire trucks, and dump trucks and all the stuff that boys love, well it also has a section on farm trucks, which includes a tractor pulling a manure spreader. Well, ever since, my wife explained to Tiernan exactly what the mystical qualities of manure was and that it was indeed poop, it is the only book he asks to read at night. And in an effort to get a rise out of his parents he pretends to eat the poop. I have been a full-time Dad for almost six years. I started this blog to chronicle my journey through Dadhood. I hope someone reads it. Maybe.
