| Introduction | Hello, My name is Mr. Blake. This is my second year at this amazing school. I have a science degree from the University of Winnipeg and an education degree from the University of Manitoba. In my final year of education I was placed at George Waters Middle School and remained there until the 2013/14 school year. While at George Waters I taught grade 6,7 and 8 and in almost all subject areas. I am very excited for my third year at Linwood! |
| Interests | My favourite season is Spring and Summer! In the summer I enjoy boating, fishing, swimming and biking. I love being outside in all seasons and enjoy quading in nature. Some of the best times are reading a book or magazine outside on the deck. During colder months I like going to the gym to stretch and lift weights. All these things are fun to me but even more fun when I do them with family and friends! |
My Teaching Philosophy: I am a caring and reflective life-long learner who is dedicated to meeting the needs and learning style of the individual student in a stimulating, challenging and engaging environment. I also enjoy getting involved in the school community.
