| Introduction | I am an English language educator with experience in teaching and a growing interest in research. Over the years, I have focused on helping students reach their language learning goals using student-centred teaching methods. I have taught a variety of language courses and held leadership roles, including department head, assistant school director, and coordinator for professional development and curriculum. These roles have helped me develop a strong understanding of academic administration and program development. While teaching remains my priority, I am increasingly involved in research, particularly in areas that enhance teaching and learning. My doctoral research at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University focused on the impact of online professional development programs on teacher practices and student engagement. I am currently exploring how artificial intelligence can improve both teaching and professional development. I am committed to growing in this field while continuing to provide quality education. |
