| Introduction | I'm a native Detroiter. my home and studio for the last 9 years has been on the world renown Heidelberg Project. i've been creating art all my life. i have collected pieces of landmark historic buildings for 20 years and making art with them. some of the buildings that ive been able to salvage pieces from are the J.L Hudson's building, the Lucy Thurmon W.Y.C.A. The Detroit Institute Of Arts. The recently demolished Lafayette building to name a few. like my father before me i had items in the gift shop at the D.I.A . my great grandfather was the Master plasterer at the Fox Theatre when it was built odly the same architect C.Howard Crane designed the Lafayette and the Fox. |
