Introduction	I'm old fashioned - I like fountain pens, real food, snail mail and books. I'm a girl's girl - I value loyalty, laughter, sincerity and innovation. I am passionate about all aspects of food, not just the eating of it! But also the healing aspects, food as gratitude and celebration, the local to global aspects of industrial agriculture and environmental impacts but perhaps most of all, I have come to see food as hope - hope for health, hope for fair wage, hope for food deserts and hope for industrialized farm animals. While looking at all these angles with open eyes and open hearts, we can also look to hope and solutions.
