Introduction	We run a certified organic 10 acre small holding in conversion to full Demeter status including 2 poly tunnels, producing a range of seasonal organic vegetables. We have a flock of 100 organic layers and a small flock of rare breed Hill Radnor sheep from which we produce mutton for direct sales at Shrewsbury market. Off-site we run a beekeeping enterprise of around 25 colonies. Honey produced from our bees is sold direct at market. We are converting to horse traction over the next couple of years and currently have a dalesX mare and foal. Our market days are: Shrewsbury market every Friday, Saturday, Tuesday and Wednesday
