Introduction	I am a graduate of Eastern WA university with a degree in Exercise Science. My focus is on nutrition and fitness for pregnant ladies. I married my best friend and love of my life on Aug. 16, 2008 and so far its been a blast, It's has been the best adventure ever!! We were blessed with a beautiful baby girl on Nov, 18, 2009, Grace Lorelei, I LOVE being a mom! I have been teaching Swimming lessons for the last 5 years and I absolutely love it. I've always wanted to be a mother and am grateful for my mother and the wonderful example she has set for me.
