Introduction With a B.S. degree in Psychology and focus on Guidance & Counseling, my area of interest is in working with the Underprivileged and Special Needs Children; so I try to devote as much time towards the same since I moved back to India. I have been fortunate enough to explore the world outside my comfort zone as a student early on. The ‘culture shock’ yet the ‘Roller Coaster Ride’ of varied experiences definitely helped. As I look back now, I have evolved as an Individual, for Better! As my Blogger friends would agree with me, Cooking was just not our priority as students in India! Guess even I had to wait my turn as others to survive in a foreign land with a Budget! Collecting recipes back home from TV was turning out to be a big help, not to forget pestering my Mom for the basics. I am fortunate to have an Avid Food Enthusiast husband in Pavan and as a Couple we both are gradually in the process of refining our Taste buds and being a part of the Global Cuisine where 'Food is Culture' We also are Eco Friendly and would like to contribute our bit for the Environment as we follow the 'Reduce, Recycle and Reuse' Mantra in our daily lives.
