Introduction	Cherlyn graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce with a degree in Counseling and Guidance, with a minor in Psychology. She holds teaching certifications in elementary education and special education. She taught special education for seven years where she was able to fine tune working with children with trauma backgrounds. She was then called to serve students with dyslexia for McKinney ISD. Cherlyn is an avid reader and researcher, which feeds her passion about the enneagram, religious and spiritual studies, mind-body wellness practices, and nutrition. She's hosted retreats and taught classes on the enneagram, mindfulness practices, and how to support children dealing with the effects of trauma. She lives in McKinney, Texas where she enjoys gardening, nature walks, and savoring every precious moment with her husband, two children, two dogs, and pet rabbit.
