Introduction	I am a retired army officer from Signals. Basically an Electrical Engineer from Indian Institue of Science, Bangalore. Worked in the field of communcatins in the Army. Retired from active service in 2002 after completing 3o years of service. Develovped interest in health and happiness related topics, after I was declared a heart patient by the medical authorities, without displaying any of the symptoms.
