Introduction	I live with my boyfriend, Pascal. We have dated for two years and lived together for one. We just started having house plants. All are well and thriving, growing bigger every day. We are considering a pet. I think a small dog and we would like to name it, Bro. After the character Brodobeau in the movie, Amelie. In the movie, he would buy a roasted chicken every day just to enjoy the best bite, the piece at the joint of the hip. I completely identify with him because I am always on a quest for the best bite. Down the road I can see children in our future, but for now we have each other, our family, our entourage, and house plants. A very happy home! I am not a professionally trained chef. I was raised in a family of chefs. My culinary abilities were breed in me similar to a horse raised for the Kentucky Derby. My Dad would take me to work as a baby and I would sleep in the buss tub. When I grew too big for the tub, he put me to work and taught me all of the basics of cooking. When you have a family business, everyone takes part. I fortunately grow passionate or obsessed about food. My day job is selling software to companies so they can execute of their strategies.
