Unlike a dog, how can a turtle ever be naked?
While the Hare was waiting for the Tortoise to catch up, he decided to pull a prank on the Tortoise when he stopped to take a bath and took off his shell. The Hare snatched it up and pranced along the path. When the Tortoise returned to get his shell after his bath, he saw it was gone and ran so fast trying to catch the Hare that he passed him and ran across the finish line...first place...naked.
