| Introduction | What I know My major area of focus is Bristol County most specifically in the Berkley and Greater Taunton Areas. All aspects of Residential Real Estate is my expertise. I most enjoy assisting first time homebuyers. I find working with a first time homebuyer one of the most rewarding parts of my business. Most of the agents currently in the industry have under 5 years of experience which can leave you at a disadvantage. That level is fine in an "Order Taker's Market" or more commonly known as a Seller's Market as there is minimal skill and marketing experience needed. Having someone with over 12 years of experience in your corner will give you a level of comfort that all details of the transaction are being handled properly so that you can have a smooth purchase or sale. I can help you with every aspect of buying or selling your home because I’m experienced, because I’m professional . . .and because I care. The relationship between a home buyer or seller and their agent is based on trust, shared goals and understanding.
