Introduction	Growing perennials is a favorite hobby of mine and also great therapy! What started out as a few garden beds here and there became a goal to turn as much of the lawn into perennial plantings as i could! I love to collect new plants as well as propagate ones I already have. We live in the woods so I have more shade gardens, but it is surprising how many sun plants will tolerate shade! I believe in making the most of the growing season and have been known to move whole gardens in the heat of August! I live in northern Ohio with my husband and three daughters.
