| Introduction | Originally from the Cotswolds I am currently living and working in London. I must confess that my passion for wonderful food only really began once I had moved to London and was surrounded by the vast variety of restaurants and the delights of food markets such as Borough. I suppose it was when I began to actually be able to afford to go out for delicious meals and having always lived in the country side I felt abit lost for hobbies, so food became one of them. I absolutely love going out for meals, part of my job involves researching good restaurants for client meetings and so I tend to spend time sifting through reviews and pictures of popular establishments and their food. I absolutely love finding hidden gems and there are so many to discover. I also love cooking, finding the time is slightly difficult at times so I am always looking for inspiration for tantalising, quick and easy after work meals. I love to bake and experiment with cake decorating however unfortunately it’s rather time consuming and so a hobby for weekends. I decided to start this blog as abit of fun, purely to experiment and share my joys of cooking with anyone who is interested. |
