Introduction As a former high school teacher, Trish was drawn to the underlying spiritual awakening and development inherent in yoga. Now a yoga instructor, yoga therapist, Thai yoga posturer, and overall educator of yoga as an ancient science, she serves as a guide for others to come to fuller awareness of themselves and of that greater source within. She received the name Prema Devii from Shrii Shrii Anandamurti whose lineage of yoga she has been blessed to learn. It means: Goddess of Divine Love! In this light she offers private sessions, personal training, group instruction, and lectures/workshops or retreats to help individuals reach their goals related to health, healing, fitness, and conscious development.
