| Introduction | I'm a proud husband, father of three, brother to four, and son. Doing a good job as a family man is the most important thing in my life. I'm also a Navy Pilot, a Vegan, and I have too many hobbies to list. Running is the most important of those hobbies, and although I started late, it's the one I'm most proud of. If I can influence just one person to a more healthy way of life then it's all worth it! The intent of this blog is to serve as a diary of my running for myself and friends. There are tons of trail running/ultra running blogs, but I hope you enjoy this one! |
