Introduction	Presidio Dance Theatre endeavors to preserve and enhance the artistic, classical and cultural traditions of the dance through performances imbued with international perspective and inclusiveness that acknowledges the extraordinary diversity of our community. A Professional Production Company Led by Artistic Director and Principal Choreographer, Sherene Melania, the Company annually presents Winter and Spring Seasons with an original repertoire of over 100 works. The Company also performs for prestigious national events, including for the United Nations, Smithsonian and International Red Cross and has been featured internationally via television broadcast. The Company tours New York City in Spring; Internationally in Summer; and Statewide in Fall. Costumes for the Company are designed and created primarily by the artists and designers of the Mariinsky Theatre Artshop (Kirov Ballet) of Saint Petersburg, Russia.
