| Introduction | We are a loving family with a fight on our hands. We have two amazing little boys, Oliver who is 3 1/2 and Athan who is 2. And we are expecting a little girl, Jillian, due on Christmas Day. We recently found out Jillian has a heart problem. And while we are not necessarily strangers to this, Athan having a heart condition of his own which required surgery 5 days after birth, we are struggling to understand why this is happening... again. This blog is our way to get our feelings out there, to blow off steam, to seek support. This is our family's story. |
