| Introduction | Let's get this out of the way. I am confident that Jesus of Nazareth lived and died around 2000 years ago. I am equally sure that something crazy happened three days after his death. The subsequent rise of a movement built around people who claimed to have met the man after his death and who held to that belief in the face of ridicule, and torture indicates that he probably did rise from the dead. I love the world of thoughts and ideas. I enjoy thinking deeply about all kinds of things. I'm humble enough to realize that I don't know everything, nor do I have the answers to every problem. But I believe we can find those answers together. |
