| Introduction | I was a freelance researcher and consultant working in the field of post-16 education and training. However three months ago I moved into retirement mode at a relatively early age (60)so am very interested in how I can develop an interesting and fulfilling life for myself and 'make a difference' in the communities to which I belong. I have a passion for all things Spanish and hope to acquire fluency in this language over the next couple of years. My husband and I have a flat in Galicia, (Northern Spain) where Brits are very rare so setting up a home there has been quite an experience. |
