| Introduction | I am a retired reception class teacher, living in a village in Buckinghamshire but now without my elderly black and white cat, Ashley, who has gone to join his three friends at the end of the garden.I have two grownup children, 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. I like to read, write, knit, patchwork and quilt. Sometimes I paint and draw but my passion is history, local and social.I collect reference books, too. I can't bear to throw remnants away, I like to utilise them to make something useful! |
