| Introduction | Rich started gaming when Asteroids was invented. Quake 2 is where his total obsession with PC Gaming began, which oddly coincided with him getting progressively fatter. He started writing for www.esreality.com and became Head Admin on the site. He wrote for Global Gaming League reviewing PC games for a year before turning his back on gaming and taking up cycling. He has been writing Freelance for Cycling Weekly, Cycling Active and Health and Fitness for Cyclists over the last two years.
