| Introduction | Welcome to my blog. I'm a fashion fanatic - I enjoy watching and shopping for the latest trends, but I wouldn't consider myself to be a trend follower, or even a trend setter, I just like to wear what I want in my own way! Although it is upon the word of the fashion gurus I lay the foundation of my seasonal wardrobe, it is my mantra that commands how I dress... individuality is key! My style is one that friends consider to be 'very me' - I believe style is a personal decision and it doesn’t matter where it’s bought or how much for, it’s how you wear it... so this is a view of the fashion world and shopping adventures through my eyes. Of course I fantasise of the day I have Marc Jacobs on speed dial, but in the meantime I (over)compensate by frequently strutting the high street and vintage shops where I can get more looks for my money! I own a wonderfully eclectic closet combination of high street, unique designer boutique, vintage and personally customised items; I have what some call an obsession for shoes, handbags and accessories; and I delight at the discovery of a bargain. Mum says I have a psychological problem but I just prefer to think it’s an avid hobby! |
