Introduction	My first book, Redemption Song, which draws on my experiences of covering Barack Obama's presidential campaign, was published in Ireland in December 2008. Its success led to the publication of a second, updated edition in April 2009. My journalism has appeared in, among other places, The New York Observer and The Wall Street Journal in the US; The Sunday Business Post, The Irish Times and The Irish Independent in Ireland; and The Guardian in the UK. I was born in Belfast, moved to the US in 2003 and now live in Harlem, New York.
