| Introduction | I adopted my first retired racing greyhound, Condor, in February of 2003. We have volunteered in various capacities for three adoption groups in Florida and Georgia, and we have adopted six retired racers. My husband and I share our home with three retired racers and a rescued cat. Greyhound racing is inherently cruel, and I look forward to the end of these gentle dogs' suffering all over the world. I created this blog to keep people updated about what's happening in dog racing all over the world, share advocacy efforts to end dog racing in the U.S. and abroad, and write about life with these amazing dogs. |
