Introduction	I have always had a passion for life. I LOVE going to the gym especially with my husband. I am married to the man of my dreams and have three beautiful children. I love to learn new things especially fitness related. I thought this would be a neat way to go through this journey with other readers/athletes/gym goers. I would love to hear from others about what they've learned too. This is a blog about everything fitness related because that's what I do. I love the gym, doing races, obstacle races, hiking, climbing, eating healthy, etc.
Interests	We love fishing, sports, hiking, camping, and all other outdoor fun! I personally like to run, read, and go for drives in the country! One day we hope to live on a ranch with horses! :D
