| Introduction | I was diagnosed with Celiac almost 6 years ago and since then I have been experimenting with gluten free cooking. It is a whole new world that has opened up to me which I didn't even know existed. I love sharing my recipes and I hope they will make you smile and fill your heart (and stomach) with joy.
