Introduction	My name is THERESA and here is my story. I'm fascinated by plants, perhaps as a result of growing up on a small farm in Maryland. My father planted a large vegetable garden, but what intrigued me most was my mother's small flower bed filled with cosmos, zinnias, coxcombs and gladiolas. Now I am passionate about my own flower beds and spend many hours planting, pruning, and weeding. Each plant is unique and I try to capture and preserve these unique features through flower pressing and photography. I use pressed plant material and photographs to create framed art pieces and bookmarks.
