| Introduction | I animated for Disney, ILM and Dreamworks/PDI. Some of the characters I helped bring to the screen include the can-canning forks in the 'Be My Guest' Sequence for Beauty and the Beast, the wildebeests in The Lion King, the baby whale in Fantasia 2000 'Pines of Rome, 'Draco' in Dragonheart, Watto, Captain Tarpals and Yoda in Star Wars Episodes 1 and 2, the martians in 'Mars Attacks!' the demon babies in Galaxy Quest, the penguins in Madagascar and Shrek and Donkey in Shrek 2. I now teach animation part time at the Academy of Art in San Francisco. I released my first Children's book, "Finny and the Seal Hotel" in 2018. It's being made into a short film which I am directing and producing. The work is being done through the help of AAU's animation and VFX Studio 'X'. I'm on a mission for students to have the opportunity to work with a mentor, while experiencing what it's like to be part of an amazing team of talented artists; to help bring characters with personality and emotion to the screen. |
