| Introduction | Right from school I was always the worst person in the class at sport. Consistently last in everything from 100 metres to cross country, I was also always, well, Chubby! Now, at 32 (ish) its time to take it in hand and get healthy and fit...for all the reasons we know about, but often pretend don't exist. I will be completely honest about my journey and hope that I inspire you, even just a little. Find comfort in my failures and share in my successes...and remember...share with me too - I don't want to be on my own!! |
