Introduction	I am Jenny. I was diagnosed with Celiac in 1989 or 1990. However, during that time, there was no test for celiac. It was not trendy..my diagnosis made the the news (no but seriously...CNN did a story about my diagnosis when I was 2 and a half!)22 years later, it turns out..OOPS!!! I might not have Celiac! Since there is no sure way to tell if I have it without eating gluten, I have been given the amazing task of trying gluten for two months. On this blog, I will share the adventure with all of you.
