Introduction	I serve as a United Methodist pastor at Calvary UMC in Waldorf, Maryland, and my husband Chris is Director of Retreat and Camping Ministries of the BWC as well as site director of West River Center. We have two awesome daughters, Anna and Mary. We love the opportunities we have to be in ministry, and we are both excited about the new opportunities our denomination and the Christian community face--even though that means new challenges.
Interests	hiking, reading, my dogs, my husband and daughter (not in that order), family, travel, kayaking, cooking, thinking and talking about God, being a history dork
Favorite movies	Music and Lyrics. Pride and Prejudice. When Harry Met Sally. Life is Beautiful. I don't get One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. I think maybe it's over my head? I don't know.
Favorite music	Just about anything. Well, mostly anything. I'm a fan of country, top 40 (pop, etc.), classical when I need to relax, esp. Bach or modern stuff, and I've been know to enjoy a good "pickin' and grinnin'"
Favorite books	The Source, by James Mitchener. The Bible (couldn't leave it out!). Pretty much anything by C.S. Lewis or N.T. Wright...but esp. Lewis' The Great Divorce, and lately I'm in the midst of reading and enjoying Wright's Simply Christian.
